On the bottom, you'll find our springy sugarcane EVA outsole that offers signature UGG comfort and makes these feel extra light on the foot. This product was made in a factory that supports women in our supply chain with the help of Reimagining Industry to Support Equality (RISE). Absolutely. We provide an authenticity guarantee. If any product is found inauthentic, we offer a full refund and a compensation of 20%.
3. Are the products brand new or pre-owned?
All of our sneakers and streetwear are brand new, deadstock condition, with original tags/packaging.
4. How do I know my size will fit?
Each product page has a detailed size chart for sneakers and apparel. For sneakers, we also mention if a model runs true to size, smaller, or larger based on community feedback.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
