  • Stock Availability: We strive to keep accurate stock counts for all items available on our website. However, in the rare instance of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill the available items and reach out to you with options to either wait for restocking, choose an alternative size (subject to availability), select a different product of equal or greater value, or receive store credit for the billed amount.

Shipping, Order, and Delivery Information

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our registered office located at:

    • Dawntown (DAWNTOWN FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED)

    • ST Xavier Court, Ground Floor G-1 & G-2, Church Building, Sherly Rajan Road, Bandra West, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, 400050, India.

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Domestic Orders: Delivery timelines are mentioned on the product page for domestic orders.

    • International Orders: While we strive for similar delivery timelines for international orders, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • Tracking Information: After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order through the courier's website.

  • Customer Responsibilities: It is essential for customers to provide a full and accurate address along with valid contact details. Dawntown is not responsible for any loss of shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Please note that deliveries will not take place on national holidays. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package twice. Should you be unable to receive the package after the second delivery attempt, your order will be returned to Dawntown, and additional fees may apply for re-shipping in such cases.   • Shipping Delays: Dawntown is not liable for any delays resulting from the courier company after dispatch. We will do our best to expedite deliveries in case of delays but cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please reach out to us at hello@dawntown.in. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

International Customs & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs and duties vary by country and cannot be anticipated by Dawntown. Any additional charges incurred by your national government or the courier company are the buyer’s responsibility.
