RETURN POLICY - SNEAKERS

At Dawntown, we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the exclusive nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Please note that we will not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Products that have been tried on, worn, or used in any manner.

  • Products that do not have intact packaging.

1. Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges: 

  • No size exchanges will be accommodated on sneakers. We deal with limited edition products, and as such, trials are not permitted. Please ensure your selected size is correct before placing your order.

  • We highly recommend visiting a local retailer of the brand you are considering to verify your size. For additional guidance, refer to our SIZING page on our website.

Authenticity of Products:

All sneakers sold by Dawntown are brand new and remain unworn, ensuring you receive authentic, Deadstock (DS) quality sneakers. Due to the limited availability of our products, we cannot accept size exchanges.

2. Conditions for Exchanges

Product Condition for Exchanges: 

  • All exchange requests must be submitted with the product in its original condition, including original packaging, seals, and authentication tags.

  • Dawntown reserves the right to reject exchange requests if any original packaging or authentication tags are removed or missing.

Incorrect Size Delivered: 

If you receive an incorrect size based on your order, we will happily process an exchange at no additional cost, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

3. Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, you may return it for store credit or a full refund.

Limited Acceptable Returns: 

Returns will only be accepted for damaged products or items received in error. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind.

Shipping Costs: 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations: 

  • Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched (not applicable for pre-order items), you will be refunded the full amount as store credit.

  • After Dispatch: If you need to cancel after the order has been dispatched, a 10% deduction will be applied to the order value, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit. Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Requests for product exchanges will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of your order.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Change of Mind: 

We do not accommodate returns or issue refunds for items returned solely due to a change of mind.

Return Policy:
Returns will be considered under the following circumstances:

Warranty Date: 

Products cannot be returned due to a difference in warranty date and purchase date, as warranties are pre-activated by the manufacturer.

Handling Damaged Products and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please notify us promptly. You can do this by emailing us at hello@dawntown.in with images and videos of the issue within 3 days of receipt. We will address legitimate complaints with an appropriate solution.

Sales/Promotions

Final Sales: All final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Product Returns for Late Delivery

Returns will be considered for late deliveries that deviate from the stated delivery schedule, unless the delay is due to a reason of force majeure.

Shipping Cost Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of DAWNTOWN. This includes the cost of shipping the return item to us and the re-shipping cost back to the customer.
