Elevated in style and comfort, our Idyllwild Lace is destined for the front of your footwear rotation. On the outside, it's finished with a uniquely burnished leather upper and Twin Seam detailing. Inside, we've added a soft textile lining and cushy UGGplush™ sockliner, while the outsole is crafted with innovative Spider Rubber for enhanced traction. This product was made in a factory that supports women in our supply chain with the help of Reimagining Industry to Support Equality (RISE). This collaborative initiative creates partnerships with brands like ours to empower and educate women in the workplace.

2. Do you offer a guarantee of authenticity?
Absolutely. We provide an authenticity guarantee. If any product is found inauthentic, we offer a full refund and a compensation of 20%.
3. Are the products brand new or pre-owned?
All of our sneakers and streetwear are brand new, deadstock condition, with original tags/packaging.
4. How do I know my size will fit?
Each product page has a detailed size chart for sneakers and apparel. For sneakers, we also mention if a model runs true to size, smaller, or larger based on community feedback.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallets. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options with select partners for flexible payments.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns in cases of a damaged/defective items delivered. Please make sure an unboxing video is made for every purchase. We can't do returns for size exchange requests.
