Description
Hot Wheels cars blasted into the world back in 1968, hooking a young Kenny Scharf whose imagination they turbocharged straight into Pop Surrealist stardom and his wild Karbombz! series of spray-painted car art mayhem. Fast-forward to this full-circle collab where he hand-picks the Custom T-Bird - one of the sacred Original 16 castings - for his explosive, vibrant treatment in metallic teal with original Karbombz! deco exploding everywhere. This ultra-limited signed edition, just 100 made, rocks a custom base loaded with Scharf's anthropomorphic characters, his actual signature, Certificate of Authenticity, acrylic case, and decorative slipcover. It's die-cast collector fire for streetwear heads who live for that raw, artistic edge where toy meets high art rebellion - grab it before it vanishes like a Karbombz! drive-by.
ZAMAC Body Construction
Crafted from premium ZAMAC metal alloy, this Custom T-Bird body delivers heavyweight heft and durability that screams collector-grade quality. Metallic teal paint pops with Scharf's original Karbombz! artwork - think wild Pop Surrealist characters and cosmic splatters straight from his street art legacy. Weighs in at 1:64 scale perfection, standing tough against shelf rivals while channeling the '67 Thunderbird vibe that launched with Hot Wheels' Original 16. It's built to last through display rotations and the occasional victory lap in your collection.
Neo-Classics Wheels
Rolling on Neo-classics wheels, this T-Bird captures that vintage Hot Wheels swagger with modern edge - precise spokes gleaming under Scharf's chaotic deco. Paired with a full-metal silver painted chassis base customized for the signed edition, featuring extra anthropomorphic characters that amp the Karbombz! frenzy. Light tinted windows and crisp white interior add subtle luxury, framing the metallic teal body like a street art canvas on wheels. Pure rolling artistry for lifestyle displays.
Signed Custom Base
The star here: a limited-edition full-metal base hand-signed by Kenny Scharf himself, bursting with more of his signature anthropomorphic weirdos and starfield vibes. Only 100 exist, making this T-Bird a verified one-of-one flex in your lineup. Comes sealed in acrylic display case with slipcover and Certificate of Authenticity - ready to dominate shelves or streetwear vignettes. Elevates from toy to signed art investment in seconds.
